3. For Offline License Activation, click Import Response file.
4. Navigate to the flash drive or network folder where the
response file is located.
5. Select the response file and click Activate.
ü The newly activated license appears as Active at the top of
the license settings page.

5.6.3 Returning Product Licenses

With each CLARUS® 500 instrument there are ten licenses for
Review Stations. If you want to move a license from one Review
Station computer to another, you must:
1. Deactivate (return) the license on the original Review Station
computer.
2. Activate the license on the new Review Station computer.
5.6.3.1 Returning Licenses Online
If the Review Station is connected to the intranet, deactivating a
licenses is a simple, one-step process.
To deactivate a license online:
þ The Review Station is connected to the internet.
1. Login to the CLARUS® 500 software on the Review Station
as an Administrator.
2. Select Settings > Licenses.
3. For Online License Return, type the active Activation ID
listed at the top of the page.
4. Click Return.
ü The license no longer appears as Active at the top of the
license settings page.
