An up-to-date list of accessories approved for your country can be obtained from your ZEISS contact. You can find the ZEISS contact partner for your country on the following website: www.zeiss.com/med Only use accessories and spare sparts which are approved by ZEISS for this system.
It is recommended to use VISULAS green with laser endoprobes by ZEISS as the efficacy and safety of this combination has been demonstrated. As a rule, VISULAS green is prepared for use with commercial endoprobes from third party suppliers which have been approved for intraocular treatment.
Page 106
Light transmission of laser endoprobes may vary from supplier to supplier. If you change your laser endoprobe supplier, make sure that your local ZEISS service engineer measures and stores the transmission of the new laser endoprobe. This will enable the proper output power indicated on the graphical user interface of the control panel.
NOTE! The connection must be installed with strain relief to prevent the plug from being inadvertently pulled out of the socket. NOTE! The door contact of the ZEISS laser warning lamp may be connected without a door contact isolator directly to the interlock socket for door contact.
