the patient's eyelid.

7.3.3 Positioning the Patient

Keep operator and patient hands and fingers away from

crosstable during alignment and image capture.
To position the patient:
1. Adjust the table (and patient chair, if needed) until the patient
can comfortably reach the headrest and chin rest.
2. To move the table up, press and hold the up arrow (1).
3. To move the table down, press and hold the down arrow (2).
4. Ask the patient to:
ð Sit comfortably with feet flat on the ground.
