2. Type the patient's first and last name.
3. Select the patient's gender.
4. Select the patient's date of birth.
5. (Optional) Type the patient's Refractive Error information.
6. (Optional) Select the patient's Eye Color (optional).
7. To acquire a scan, click Acquire.
5.4.1.2 Merging Patient Records
If two records are inadvertently created for the same patient, they
can be merged to store all the patient data in one record.
To merge patient records:
1. In the Patient window, select the patient name and click on
the down arrow.
2. Select Merge.
3. Type the name or ID for the duplicate patient record in the
search field and click Search.
