Instructions for use
PROBLEM
No indication on the control panel dis-
play when the control button is
pressed.
The machine does not fill with water.
The tanks overfill.
The machine does not start washing. The doors are not closed.
The doors time out.

The doors are sticking.
The washed items do not dry.
Troubleshooting
The following errors can be dealt with by the operator. If the problem persists,
contact authorised service personnel.
CAUSE
The mains switch is off.
The stopcock on the incoming water
supply is closed.
The level pipe is not in place.
The level pipe's rubber sleeve is not
sealing against the bottom plate.
Object preventing one door from clos-
ing.
Low water level. Foam in the tank.
clogged with dirt.
There is too little detergent.
The wrong wash programme.
The water in the tanks is too dirty.
The removable parts are incorrectly
fitted.
Detergent and drying agent by manu-
facturers other than normal use.
Detergent concentration too high.
The rinse nozzles are blocked.
When you contact the service personnel, you will need to answer the following
questions about the machine:
•
machine type and model
•
machine serial number and installation date
•
short description of the fault/problem
•
what happened/was being done immediately before the fault occurred

ACTION
Turn on the mains switch.
Open the stopcock.
Fit the level pipe.
Check that the level pipe is closed.
Change the rubber sleeve if it is dam-
aged.
Close the doors.
Remove the object.
Check the level. Change the water.
Check and clean the nozzles.
Check that there is sufficient deter-
gent in the machine.
Choose a programme with a longer
washing time.
Change the water.
Fit the parts correctly.
Use the same make and type as be-
fore.
Reduce the amount of detergent.
Check and clean the nozzles.
