Installation
1. Check before start:
•
Connections for water, drain and compressed air
•
That the dishwasher is connected with the correct phase sequence.
•
That the overheating protection devices are reset
•
That the rotating table is adjusted to the right level
•
That the support rollers on the rotating table have a clearance of approx. 2-
3 millimeters
•
That the dishwasher stands level
•
That equipment for detergent and drying agent are connected correctly
•
That filters, strainers and level pipe are in position
•
That FU21, FU41 (option) and FU42 mini-switches are in the OFF position
(for electrically heated dishwasher)
2. Start and water filling of the dishwasher
•
Start the dishwasher
•
Check:
that the distance between the position indicator for the locking arm and the
indicating arm on the locking arm is correctly adjusted and
that the screw holding the indicating arm to the locking arm are properly
tightened
•
Check the locking function of the gates
•
Check the pumps' direction of rotation
NOTE: If the pump is rotating in the wrong direction, the phase must be in-
verted on the terminal block for the incoming electrical cable
•
Close the doors
•
Fill the dishwasher with water
•
Set the FU21, FU41 (option) and FU42 in position ON when the text on the
display says "HEATING IN PROGRESS"
3. Check the setting of the reference values:
•
All reference values are set to the recommended values on delivery
•
Check that the water temperatures (in tank, booster heater etc.) indicated
in the reference values are being achieved
