3.10 Technical documentation
To ensure that the machine is used correctly, it is essential that the documenta-
tion supplied with the machine is made available to the staff who will be using the
machine. The installation and user manuals should be kept near the machine.
If the WEB Tool manual is supplied with the machine, it must be kept near the ma-
chine.

There are no water leaks
Steam valves opens and closes properly (steam heated dishwasher)
Condenser conductors opens and closes properly (steam heated dish-
washer)
There are no steam leaks (steam heated dishwasher)
The switch for the doors works
The water temperatures are maintained
The washed items are clean
The washed items are dried (the washed items are never completely dry
when taken out of the machine, but should dry quickly after it is removed
from the dishwasher. In pockets and corners, water may remain. This is
normal.)
There is adequate water flow to the machine (see Technical data in the in-
stallation and user manual).
Inform the customer if the water flow and the water pressure are too low.
Re-tighten all the connections on the relays and circuit breakers
Check that all the circuit breakers are set to the ON position
Inform the customer if the water flow and the water pressure are too low.
Display the maintenance instructions supplied with the machine.
