4.2.4 Checking the wash result
The items should be checked after each wash for:
PROBLEMS
Starch spots
Misting
Protein residues
Detergent residues
4.2.5 Stopping the machine during operation
If the machine needs to be stopped during operation for some reason, press but-
ton (14) for an emergency stop.
Before the machine can be restarted, the emergency stop button (14) must be re-
set by turning it in the direction of the arrows. The alarm is reset by pressing but-
ton (7) and the doors open. The problem which caused the emergency stop must
be rectified.
Turn the table manually to its rest position. The arrows on the table and the sill
plate must be directly opposite one another.

CAUSES & MEASURES
•
Scraping: Important to remove as much food particles as
possible before washing. This also means that the water in the
machine does not need to be changed as often. Scrape better.
•
Detergent and drying agent dosage: When using liquid de-
tergent and desiccant, the same make and black should be
used. The dosing affects both detergent and drying results of
the items. The hardness level of the water affects the con-
sumption of detergent.Contact the detergent supplier
•
Temperatures: At incorrect temperatures the dishes will not
be clean. Contact a service technician if you need to change
the set values.
•
Programme selection: Programme with too short a washing
time selected. Choose a programme with a longer washing
time.
•
Cleaning the machine: Insufficient cleaning of the machine
affects the results of the washing. Ensure better cleaning of
the machine.
•
Placing items in baskets: Incorrectly placed items can mean
that the washing water does not reach the items during wash-
ing and rinsing.
•
Soaking: Items with hard dried food. Soak the dishes in water.
Do NOT use washing-up liquid.
