3.8 Technical documentation

To ensure that the machine is operated and serviced correctly, it is important that
the documentation supplied with the machine is made available to the personnel
using it. The installation and user manual, which describes, amongst other things,
how to operate and maintain the machine, should be stored near the machine.
If the service manual is supplied with the machine, it should be given to the ser-
vice engineer who is responsible for the machine.
If the spare parts manual is supplied with the machine, it should be given to the
service engineer who is responsible for the machine.
If the WEB Tool manual is supplied with the machine, it must be kept near the ma-
chine.
