Unassigning Packet Filters from Ports 14-25

The slots are limited to those that have the filter loaded and have at least
one port/path assigned to the filter. The ports are limited to those that have
at least one path assigned to the filter, while the paths are limited to those
that are assigned to the filter. Because you can specify multiple selections at
each level, you can assign a wildcard that attempts to unassign the filter
from the set indicated by the slots, ports, and paths taken in combination.
One or more of the unassignments may fail if the filter is not assigned.
