Probable cause
An error has
occurred during the
experimental run.
The drivers have not
installed properly.
The controller cannot
find the file, or the
file is corrupted.
This is a Windows
generated message
and not part of the
Agilent 2200
ScreenPlex software.
A new USB port may
have been used to
connect the 2200
TapeStation to the
laptop.
Wireless networks
are prone to sporadic
network dropouts
that can interfere
with the controller
software.
Solution
Switch the 2200 TapeStation off and then back on
again.
Power cycle the 2200 TapeStation. If the message
persists, try a different USB port on the laptop for
the cable to connect to the 2200 TapeStation.
Ensure that the TestKitSuite.xml is located in
Program Files (x86)\Agilent\2200
TapeStation Software\
C:\Program Files\Agilent\2200 TapeStation
Software\
and that the file name has not been
changed. If the problem persists, download a new
TestKitSuite.xml
.
Power cycle the 2200 TapeStation and restart the
laptop. If the problem persists, contact the Test Kit
Manufacturer.
Please refer to
"Agilent 2200 TapeStation Set
Up"
on page 21. If the problem persists, contact
the Test Kit Manufacturer.
Do not use wireless connections when running
the 2200 TapeStation.
