Solution
Perform the entire run, including samples, on a
new piece of ScreenTape.

Freshly prepare the sample again and re-run on a
new piece of ScreenTape.
Samples should be mixed with loading buffer,
then vortexed for 5 seconds and spun down
before placing in the 2200 TapeStation.
Briefly centrifuge the sample to remove any
bubbles and re-run on a new piece of ScreenTape.
