The TapeStation will load from a minimum of 3 µL.
N O T E
The sample must be placed at the bottom of the tube or well for sample loading and must
not contain any air bubbles.
The Ladder must be used with every instrument run and selected to load into the first
N O T E
available ScreenTape lane.
Only Agilent Technologies provided ladder and loading buffers must be used with the
N O T E
Agilent 2200 TapeStation ScreenPlex System.
A final concentration of 1 – 30 ng/fragment double stranded DNA should be used, not
N O T E
exceeding 75 ng in total, to achieve the maximal performance.
