If samples are barcoded, place the cursor in the desired track description and scan the sample barcode with a hand-held barcode scanner.

As a default the file name starts with the date, in reverse order, and a run counter. When run continuously, the save function auto increments the counter part of the file name.

    Using the 2200 TapeStation System Operating Procedure How to Use the ScreenPlex Analysis Software Once the imaging is complete, the analysis software will automatically launch the ScreenPlex Result File (extension .srf). The data provided includes the test types selected (displayed in tabs), the date and time at which the samples were run, the tape serial number and the system information.
