Image Issue
The bands look
smudged – especially
towards the top of
the lane.
All of the sample
and/or ladder bands
appear very faint.

Probable cause Solution
The sample has not Always vortex samples for 5 seconds then spin
been mixed properly down before placing in the 2200 TapeStation
with the loading
buffer.
The lane has not Always spin down samples before placing in the
loaded optimally. 2200 TapeStation to remove any bubbles.
Very rarely, the 2200 TapeStation does not load
effectively - run the sample again.
