Select View > Instrument Control to close the Tune and Vacuum

Control.... and display the Enhanced ChemStation Instrument
Control window.
Select the Load Method button,

dialog box opens.
Navigate to and select default.m in the msdchem/1/methods

directory.
Select OK.
