From the Style drop down list, select Summary.

In the Destination area, mark the Printer check box and clear

all the other check boxes.
Select OK. The Select RUNMETHOD printer dialog box opens.

Select a printer and click Select. The Save Method As dialog

box opens.
Select OK to save the setting to the current method or enter a

new file name for the method.
