20-02 : System Options for Multiline Telephones

Trunk Group Access Key
0 = Outgoing / Incoming
Operating Mode
1 = Outgoing
Use this option to set the
2 = Incoming
operating mode of the ex-
tension trunk group keys.
The keys are for incoming
access, outgoing access,
or both.
BLF Control
0 = Idle / Busy (ON/OFF)
Set the conditions under
1 = Busy / Idle (ON/OFF)
which a Hotline, Reverse
Voice Over or DSS Con-
sole key indicates that an
extension is busy. Refer to
the Reverse Voice Over
feature for more informa-
tion.
Retrieve the Line After
0 = Not Holding (No Keep)
Transfer
1 = Holding (Keep)
Enable (1) or disable (0)
an extension ability to an-
swer a call after it has
been transferred, but be-
fore it is answered.
Headset Busy Mode
0 = No (Disable)
Set the conditions under
1 = Yes (Enable)
which a headset extension
is busy to incoming call-
ers.
Pre-selection Time
0 ~ 64800 seconds
When a multiline terminal
user preselects a line key,
the system remembers the
pre-selection for this time.
