"CAN Parameter" Dialog

You can set parameters across operating modes in the "CAN Parameters" dialog.
9.1.7.1

Select CAN Data Format

Click in the "Data Format" selection box to select a data format. You can select
the following formats:
• "2.0A Standard (11 bit)"
• "2.0B Extended (29 bit)"
If the "2.0A Standard (11 bit)" format is selected, only CAN telegrams with 11-bit
identifier are sent and received.
If the "2.0B Extended (29 bit)" format is selected, CAN telegrams of the "2.0B
Extended (29 bit)" format are sent in the send direction. In the receive direction,
CAN telegrams of both formats are received.
