IP 266 actions in the absence of a "External Start
Type of job order
Single job order
The positioning order is interpreted but not
serviced.
The positioning order is executed only when the
"External Start Enable" signal is present.
Automatic mode
Program is executed up to the first positioning
order or first dwell.
The order is interpreted and executed when the
"External Start Enable" signal is present.
Subsequent orders can be disabled by cancelling
this signal.
No other requests are permitted while the IP 266 is waiting for an "External Start
Enable" signal. An attempt to issue another request is flagged with "Illegal
request".
The Stop command resets the "Motor Waiting for External Start Enable" signal
and the job is aborted.
