CRANKSHAFT BEARING INSPECTION

Spin the crankshaft bearing by hand and check for
play.
The bearing must be replaced if it is noisy or has
excessive play.

CRANKSHAFT BEARING REPLACEMENT

Remove the left crankshaft bearing with the UNI­
VERSAL BEARING PULLER.
Remove the oil seal from the right crankcase.
Remove the right crankshaft bearing.
