Throttle Valve/Cable Installation - Honda MBX50 Workshop Manual

FUEL SYSTEM
THROTTLE VALVE/CABLE
INSTALLATION
Install the jet needle on the throttle valve and secure
with the cable clip.
Install the sealing cap, carburetor top and return
spring.
Connect the throttle cable to the throttle valve.
Slide the throttle valve into the carburetor body.
NOTE
Align the groove in the valve with guide
pin on the carburetor body.
Tighten the carburetor top.
CAUTION
Hand-tighten the carburetor top. Do not use
tools to forcefully tighten the top. This could
cause distortion and malfunction.
