If you were advised that you have mail in your Mailbox, or if you know that a
document was recently sent to your Mailbox, you should go to the Model 2030
and print the contents of your Mailbox. To do so, proceed as follow:

1. Press FEATURES.
Press 3 or t t three times and then YES.

4. Press 1 and then YES.
5. Enter the two-digit number for the Mailbox you wish
to access. Then enter the four-digit Security Code.
6. Press YES after entering the Security Code.
6.2.4 Storing Mail Locally in Your Model 2030 Mailbox
A person may want to store mail locally in your unit's Mailbox. This mail could be
retrieved at a later time by either local or remote operators with proper
authorization.
This Happens
The Mailbox number appears as
it is entered. The Security Code
number does not appear, but
the cursor will move
forward with each number
entered.
If the Security Code is correct,
all pages in Mailboxes will be
printed. The display will return
to System Ready Mode and
pages are automatically erased
from Memory.
