Logic programming – Function blocks
Priority-to-binary (input 1 dominant)
In this mode, all outputs are set to Low, if input 1 is High, regardless of the other inputs.
If input 1 is Low, the function block behaves as in Priority mode. If all inputs are Low
at the same time, all outputs are set to Low and Fault present becomes High.
Truth tables for the Binary encoder function block
The following applies for the truth tables in this section:
 "0" means logic Low.
 "1" means logic High.
 "x" means "any" = "0" or "1".
