PARALLEL CONFIGURATION
• Cables of the same length and cross section must be used for the connection between the general power

switch , the switches
• If a diff erential switch is installed on the mains power switch (optional), it must be inserted upstream from the
distribution panel, it must be a selective type and the trigger value must be 0.5 A by the number of UPS
connected in parallel.
CONTROL CONNECTIONS.
In order for units connected in a parallel confi guration to operate correctly, control cables are required to exchange
data between the various UPS units making up the parallel system, for management of correct load sharing and
synchronisation logic. The cables in question are supplied with the UPSs.
