Installing and grounding the IF cable on a mast

If the antenna and ODU are installed on a metal mast or tower
perform this procedure to install and ground the IF cable from the top LPU to the
building entry point. The IF cable must be grounded to the mast at the points
specified in

Protection requirements for a mast or tower installation
Use a suitable hoisting grip to hoist the cable safely up the mast. A
suitable hoisting grip for the CNT400 is Andrew part number C2SGRIP
used together with the correct crimp tool SG-IT. The hoisting grip can
also be used as a permanent cable support, especially when using a
monopole.
