Clearing Paper Jams
Push the button on the fixing unit's right side, and pull down the exit
slot cover to open it.
If an optional finisher is attached to the machine, you may have to push the fixing unit back into
the machine a little before you can open the exit slot cover.
While holding down the lever on the inside left corner of the fixing unit,
open the inner cover, and remove any jammed paper.
CAUTION
The parts located around the lever inside the fixing unit are subject to high
temperatures. When removing jammed paper, take care not to touch anything in this
area, except the lever.
