Place the third test print on the platen glass.
Place the test print face down on the platen glass, with the black bands along the top left back
edge of the platen glass by the arrow.

Press [Start Scan].

Remove the third test print from the platen glass.

Exposure Recalibration

You can recalibrate the exposure adjustment scale if differences between the image on the
original and the print occur.
NOTE
[Exposure Recalibration] is displayed only if the optional Color Image Reader-E1 or Color Image
Reader-F1 is attached.

Press [Light] or [Dark] for each function to adjust the exposure
press [OK].
[Copy/Inbox] is displayed only if the optional Color Image Reader-E1 or Color Image Reader-F1
is attached.
For the CLC5151/CLC4040:
<Send (B&W)> and <Send (Color)> appear only if the optional Color Image Reader-E1 or Color
Image Reader-F1 is attached, and the Color Universal Send Kit is activated.
<Send> appears only if optional Color Image Reader-E1 or Color Image Reader-F1 is attached,
the optional Super G3 FAX Board is installed, but the Color Universal Send Kit is not activated.
For the iR C4580i/iR C4080i:
<Send (B&W)> and <Send (Color)> appear only if the optional Color Image Reader-E1 or Color
Image Reader-F1 is attached.
