24. MAC Address Tables
VLAN ID
Synopsis: integer
The VLAN Identifier of the VLAN upon which the MAC address operates.
learned
If set, the system will auto-learn the port upon which the device with this address is located.
Slot
Synopsis: string - one of the following keywords { lm6, lm5, lm4, lm3, lm2, lm1, sm }
The name of the module location provided on the silkscreen across the top of the device.
Port
Synopsis: integer
The selected ports on the module installed in the indicated slot.
CoS
Synopsis: string - one of the following keywords { crit, high, medium, normal }
Default: normal
The priority of traffic for a specified address.
4. Purging The MAC Address Table
This command removes all dynamic entries from the MAC address table. The only negative impact of
this operation is that it causes flooding while addresses are relearned.
The "Purge MAC Address Table" action (purge-mac-table) is accessible from the mac-tables menu.

To purge MAC address tables, click the Perform button on the Purge MAC Address Table form. This
form appears on the same screen as the purge-mac-table menu.
