Set the gas selector switch to ALL GASES.
Open the helium cylinder valve.
Open one (1) oxygen cylinder valve.
Set the helium flow to 4 l/min; set the oxygen flow to 4 l/min.
Close the oxygen cylinder valve.
Does the flow of helium cease when the oxygen pressure is
depleted? ___ (Y)
Close the helium flow control valve.
Set the gas selector switch to O
Close the oxygen flow control valve.
If not already connected, connect a dedicated O
TEE fitting in the O
2
Open and close an oxygen cylinder.
Set the oxygen flow to 2 l/min.
What is the pressure on the dedicated O
SUPPLY PRESSURE" LED turns on? ___ PSI (34 - 40)
Does the O2 SUPPLY LOW message appear in the Caution
display? ___ (Y)
Bleed the remaining O
flow control valve.
Remove the test gauge from the TEE fitting in the O
output line and replace the plug.
