Contrast: Move the slider to adjust monitor window contrast. The value ranges from 0 to 100. The
default value is 50. The larger the number is, the higher the contrast is. You can use this function
when the whole video bright is OK but the contrast is not proper. Please note the video may become
hazy if the value is too low. If this value is too high, the dark section may lack brightness while the
bright section may over exposure .The recommended value ranges from 40 to 60.
Sharpness. This setting adjusts the edge of the video. The value ranges from 0 to 100. The larger the
value is, the clearer the edge, and vice versa. Please note that if the value is too high, noise may
result. The default value is 50 and the recommended value ranges from 40 to 60.
3D NR. This setting processes multiple-frames (at least two frames), using the frame information
between the frames to reduce noise. The larger the value, the greater the effect.
Light
Use this function to automatically adjust the exposure according to the ambient lighting.
Scene Mode
This parameter sets the white balance mode and affects the general hue of the video. This function is
on by default. You can select different scene modes such as auto, sunny, cloudy, home, office, and
night and disable to adjust the video to the best quality.
Auto: The auto white balance is on. System can auto compensate the color temperature to
make sure the vide color is proper.
Sunny: Sets the threshold of the white balance for a sunny day.
Night: Sets the threshold of the white balance for nighttime.
Customized: Sets the gain of the red/blue channel. The value ranges from 0 to 100.
Day/Night
This parameter sets the device's mode switch between color and B/W. The default setup is auto.
Color: The device outputs color video.
Auto: The device automatically selects whether to output color or B/W video according to
the environment (general video brightness or whether IR light is present).
B/W: The device outputs black and white video.
Sensor: Use this setting when there is peripheral-connected IR light.
