Hybrid Standalone DVR User Guide
To set the Motion Detection Region:
1. Click the Setup button. A single screen display appears with a grid and semi-transparent
overlay.
The red zone is the armed (motion detection) zone; the clear zone is the disarmed zone. The
system only detects motion in the red armed region. The default setup is the entire screen (all
red).
2. Drag the mouse to set the motion detection zone. The selected area no longer shows the
overlay.
3. Click Save.
Record Channel
Check the box to enable, and the click the buttons for the channels that you want recorded when the
event is triggered. The selected channels are highlighted.
Delay
To avoid rerecording the same event, enter the number of seconds to wait after the event has ended
before a new recording can begin. This value ranges from 10s to 300s.
Alarm Out
Check the box to enable the external alarm when the event triggers. In the boxes to the immediate
right, enable which camera(s) will record when the event occurs.
Latch
Select the time in seconds that the system delays after the external alarm has ended before turning
off the alarm and the activated output. This feature sets a postponement period before another
external alarm can be activated. Value ranges from 10 to 300 seconds.
