Tools Needed for Installation
ESD mat and grounding strap

For DC power supply, a 7mm socket wrench or nut driver

For the initial installation configuration, you must provide a terminal device for use as a console
device. You can use these types of devices:
ASCII terminal

Workstation
■
Terminal server
■
Computer, such as a laptop running terminal emulation software
■
Patch panel connected to a terminal server
■
Cables needed to connect the console device to the SER MGT port
