[Note for EZJ125 board replacement]
With respect to the
charging voltage
confirmation, refer to
"2.3.2 Charging voltage
confirmation".
With respect to the
excitation adjustment,
refer to "2.3.1 Excitation
adjustment".
With respect to the auto
phase gain adjustment,
refer to "2.3.4 Auto phase
gain adjustment".
Push the hook
Pull up
the cover
- When replacing the boards, be sure to turn OFF the main power switch.
- Set up DSW1 and DSW2 according to the nozzle diameter.
- After replacing the board, confirm the charging voltage.
- Perform "Excitation adjustment" and" Auto phase gain adjustment."
- When removing the connector of CN2, CN3 and CN5, hold the socket housing and
pull them out in straight.
●EZJ125 board with revision "B" at the end of its Serial number is only available for Model UX-D
(Twin-nozzle). Do Not assemble EZJ125 board with the revision other than B at the end of its
serial number.
For the position of serial number on the board , refer to [EZJ125 board external view] in "3.3.5
EZJ125 board (Nozzle 1 drive board)"
[Replacement procedures of EZJ125 board]
(1) Turn off the power.
(2) Remove the protective cover.
*) As show in the drawing below, push the hook of the spacer by the finger and pull up
the protective cover. (Three spacers)

(2 on top and 1 at the bottom)
(3) Remove fixing screws (2pcs) and the metal plate for spacer fixing for protective cover
(1 piece at the bottom).
(4) Remove EZJ134 board together with the metal plate fixing EZJ134 board.
(Refer to steps of (3) to (4) of [Replacement procedures of EZJ134 board] in "3.3.6
EZJ134 board (Nozzle1 drive board)")
(5) Remove connectors of CN2, CN3, CN4, CN5, CN6 and CN7 on EZJ125 board.
(6) Remove connectors of CN1, CN23, and CN27 on EZJ133 board.
(7) Remove hexagonal metal spacers (2pcs) on EZJ125 board and then remove EZJ125
board.
(8) Replace the EZJ125 board with a new one, and then reassemble the removed parts in
the reverse order of the procedures above.
(9) Set up DSW1 and DSW2 according to the nozzle diameter.
(10) Confirm the charging voltage.
(11) Adjust "Excitation adjustment" and "Auto-phase gain adjustment".
(12) Check if the respective nozzle can conduct print operation properly.
