6.3.6 Print Head Cover Open

Is the print head cover
removed?
Is the print head cover
completely closed?
Is the magnet inside
the head cover
damaged or missing?
Open the heater cover
and position the magnet close to
the cover switch.
Does the cover switch
conduct?
Is the EZJ133 board CN38
connector disconnected?
Replace the EZJ133 board.*1
(*1): When you replace EZJ133 board, refer to [Replacement procedures of EZJ133 board] in "3.3.1 EZJ133 board (MPU
board)".
[Caution]
Be sure to check that there is no wrong connection of harnesses by referring to [Connector numbers and Identifying
method of harnesses] in "3.3.20 Electrical Connection Diagram".

Replace the cover
switch.

Connect the connector.

Properly install the
print head cover.
Completely close the
print head cover.
Properly install the
magnet.
Press the Clear key to
clear the fault.
Resume the
operation.
