Occurrence conditions
This fault is determined by APH waveform in only "Ready" state.
This fault is issued when APH signal is not detected in a given
time. The ink stream bending is detected.
This fault is determined by APH waveform in only "Ready" state.
This fault is issued when APH signal level is lower than its criteria
in a given time.
Low-charged ink drop is detected because the ink drop is not good
in shape, or the ink stream bending is detected.
This fault is determined by APH waveform in only "Ready" state.
This fault is issued when APH signal level is higher than its criteria
in a given time.
The electrical leakage noise or the external noise is detected.
Conditions that the fault occur
This fault is determined by APH waveform in "Standby" as well as
the "Ready" state.
This fault is issued when APH signal is not detected in a given
time. The ink stream bending is detected.
However, when IJP is in Service personnel maintenance mode,
ink ejection is continued for troubleshooting.
(This fault is issued when the ink drop is not charged even though
the ink is ejected. If that is the case, it is necessary to find
whether the ink drop is not good in shape or whether charge
voltage is not output.)
This fault is determined by APH waveform in only "Ready" state.
This fault is issued when APH signal level is lower than its criteria
in a given time.
Low-charged ink drop is detected because the ink drop is not
good in shape, or the ink stream bending is detected.
This fault is determined by APH waveform in only "Ready" state.
This fault is issued when APH signal level is higher than its
criteria in a given time.
The electrical leakage noise or the external noise is detected.
