Remove the print head cover.
Sprinkle the makeup over Charge
electrode of Nozzle2 and its
neighboring area and clean them.
・ Allow the print head surface
to adequately dry.
・ Clear the fault.
・ Restart the IJ printer.
Does the printer become
ready?

Disconnect EZJ134 board
CN2 connector and reconnect it.
Does the printer become
ready?
No
Replace the EZJ134 board*1.
Does the printer become
ready?
No
Replace the EZJ133 board*2.
Does the printer become
ready?
No
Replace the multiple power supply1.
Does the printer become
ready?
No
Replace the print head. *3
(*1): When you replace EZJ134 board, refer to [Replacement
