Note:
If other error messages are displayed, remove battery pack and insert it again.
If this does not solve the problem, send instrument in for repair.

Corrective action
3. Display alternating between out TIP and CLO.
Remove tip and close locking lever (without tip).

reference run.
5. Display: no TIP
Insert new tip (see page 16).
1. Press ENTER to confirm error.
2. Follow MENU-instructions:
- Display rEF (reference run)
- Press STEP-Key
Attention: Liquid remaining in tip will be discharged
during reference run (rEF). Discharge sample into
suitable vessel (see page 5, point 10).
If error message is still shown on the display remove
battery pack and insert it again (reset).
If this does not solve the problem send instrument back for
repair.
- Insert battery pack.
- Make sure battery contacts are aligned with contacts
in the instrument.
- Replace battery pack.
- Charge battery pack for at least 3.5 hours
inside the HandyStep
®
electronic.
1. Press ENTER to confirm error.
2. Restart dispensing by pressing the STEP key.
