connections of the flexible gas line and cable restraint.
The cable restraint limits the distance the fryer can be pulled
from the wall. For cleaning and servicing the fryer, the
cable must be unsnapped from the unit and the flexible
gas line disconnected. This will allow better access to all
sides of the fryer. The gas line and cable restraint must be
reconnected once the cleaning or servicing is complete.
