CAUTION: To avoid dropping any loose parts into the instrument during this procedure, spread a soft
cloth beneath the color wheel to catch any parts that may drop. Spring tension created by the curvy
washers on the color wheel shaft can cause the small hardware to fly off when the retaining ring is being
removed or installed.
1) Remove the front and rear covers (section 3).
Install the new color wheel (refer to Figure 1).
