Likely cause
A parity error occurred
while reading the routing
table.
A timeout occurred while
reading the routing table.
There is an error in the
contents of the routing
table.
• The I/O areas set in the
master scan list or slave
scan list do not exist in
the CPU Unit.
• This error can occur
when the Unit is
mounted to a different
CPU Unit with a different
number of EM banks or
EM that has been con-
verted to file memory.
Note This error may occur
during remote I/O
communications, too.
DeviceNet Unit
response
• Records the error in the
error log and continues
processing
• The routing table is
treated as missing.
• Continues processing
but data exchange with
the CPU Unit is stopped.
• The routing table is
treated as missing.
• Records the error in the
error log.

Stops remote I/O commu-
