TRUE:
Indicates that the I/O memory in the CPU
Unit that is to be refreshed is not present
during I/O refreshing for the slave func-
tion. It occurs in several situations, such
as when an I/O area is allocated in an EM
bank that is not present.
FALSE:
Indicates that a slave I/O refresh error did
not occur.
Default: FALSE

TRUE:
Indicates that an error occurred in one of
the following operations:
• *_Sw2SlavEnblCmd (Slave Enable
Switch)
• *_Sw2SlavDsblCmd (Slave Stop
Switch)
Once this bit changes to TRUE, it will
remain TRUE until the operation is suc-
cessfully completed.
FALSE:
Indicates that the error did not occur. The
bit changes to FALSE when the operation
is successfully completed.
Default: FALSE

• *_Sw2SlavAlocCmd (Slave User Alloca-
tions Switch)
Once this bit changes to TRUE, it will

is successfully completed.
