Likely cause
There is an error in the
contents of the master
scan list stored in non-vol-
atile memory.
DeviceNet Unit
response
• Records the error in the
error log.
• The master remote I/O
communications will be
stopped.
• Data exchange, slave
operation, and message
communications with the
CPU Unit will continue.
Normal operation will
resume when the master
scan list is written nor-
mally. (Start the master
remote I/O communica-
tions.)
