TRUE:
Indicates that at least one slave error
occurred. Refer to *_Slav1Sta (Slave Sta-
tus 1).
The slave errors are as follows:
• *_Slav1IO1Err (Remote I/O Communi-
cations Error with slave communications
enabled, for OUT 1/IN 1)
• *_Slav1IO2Err (Remote I/O Communi-
cations Error with slave communications
enabled, for OUT 2/IN 2)
• *_Slav1FunDatErr (Invalid Setup Data)
• *_Slav1IORefErr (Slave I/O Refresh
Error)
FALSE:
Indicates that none of the above errors
occured. Or, changes to FALSE when all
of above errors are cleared.
Default: FALSE

TRUE:
Indicates an error in internal memory
where the error history is stored. (The
error occurs when the Unit starts up or
when the error history is written.)
FALSE:
Indicates that the error did not occur.
Once this error occurs, the bit will remain
TRUE and will not return to FALSE (Nor-
mal).
Default: FALSE
<Operation specifications>
TRUE:
Indicates that a Bus OFF error (communi-
cations were stopped by multiple data
errors) occurred.
When a Bus OFF occurs, the Unit goes
offline and all communications stop
(remote I/O communications are stopped,
slave operation is stopped, and message
communications are disabled).
FALSE:
Indicates that the error did not occur.
Once this error occurred, the bit will
remain TRUE and will not return to FALSE
(Normal).
Default: FALSE
