<Operation specifications>
TRUE:
Indicates that normal remote I/O commu-
nications were conducted with the corre-
sponding slaves at all set connections.
This bit changes to FALSE if a timeout
occurs in at least one connection with mul-
tiple connections set.
FALSE:
Indicates that remote I/O communications
failed (no slave present, no scan list regis-
tered, verification error, structure error) or
that a communications error is occurring.
Default: FALSE
