To save a trace to a data register

Activate the trace if the one you want to save is not currently active. See "To select
the active trace."

SAVE DATA
Data registers are cleared each time you turn off the analyzer. The analyzer uses the
data registers to store the contents of certain operations.
D6—is a default data register for the curve fit operation.
D7—is a default data register for the curve fit operation.
D8—is the default data register for the synthesis operation.
To recall a trace from a data register, see steps 4 and 5 of "To recall a trace from a
file."
