Making Measurements

To specify tachometer holdoff time

If the edge of the tachometer input signal is not clean, the analyzer may trigger a
measurement at inappropriate times. Holdoff time specifies a delay between valid
tachometer transitions. The analyzer waits this amount of time before it accepts
another tachometer input.
