To measure an order spectrum

Order analysis measurements are available only with those Agilent 35670A analyzers
that are equipped with Option 1D0.

Initialize the analyzer.
Set the input parameters for the tachometer. See the previous tasks, "To characterize a
tach pulse" and "To specify tachometer holdoff time."
