Making Measurements
To calibrate a microphone — Octave Analysis (Option 1D1)
Octave measurements are available only with those Agilent 35670A analyzers that are
equipped with Option 1D1. Signals can be analyzed at frequencies up to 40 kHz in the
single-channel mode. This task measures the sound pressure level of the calibrator.

Initialize the analyzer.

illustration. Attach a calibrator to the microphone.
