14.3.20 C3FFF: Flash ROM error

Step
Check the connection status of connectors
on each board (PRCB, MFPB, control

panel):
If there is any abnormality, correct it.
Identify the specific firmware that is respon-

sible for the error.
Perform upgrading of the firmware through

BIOS.
Unplug parameter chip (U18) from MFPB
4
and then plug it back in.
5 Change MFPB.
